‘Inspirational’ is the word most used to describe Rachael Pickworth’s presentations.
In her early 20s, Rachael founded Gifted, a corporate gift and hamper business. The business grew dramatically and five years later, was sold to Wishlist Holdings. Rachael has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including Victorian finalist in the 1999 Telstra Small Business Awards and Business Bulletin's Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. She was profiled in the 1998 and 1999 Business Class Magazine's Female Entrepreneurs under 30 and was inducted into the Business Women's Hall of Fame in 1999.
After the sale of her business Rachael trained as a coach, facilitator and trainer. For the past 10 years she has delivered training, workshops and keynote presentations to thousands of people, in addition to coaching private clients and executives.
Rachael believes that when people are clear about who they are and what they want, they have focus. When they match this with passion and a willingness to address obstacles, they Fly.
