Dr. Lucia Kelleher is an ageing workforce/skills shortage management consultant and her expertise is in creating and developing solutions for businesses as labour and skill shortages impact upon workplaces and the wider community.
She has conducted national research projects, evaluation projects and education programs for government and the private sector examining how the retirement of the “baby-boomer bubble” will impact business.
The longer term impact of the “retiring baby-boomer” group which comprises 4.2 million people from age 46-60 will see a fundamental change to the way in which labour needs are viewed and how work is carried out.
